No. Signing up and playing are free, and Credits cannot be bought: there is no way to pay for them.

No. Credits have no cash value: they cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money.

In the shop, within limits set by the game rules, Tickets pay for the items on offer at the time, for example boosts for your picks; Tickets cannot be bought either.

You receive some when you sign up, then through the daily bonus, correct picks and the friends you invite. In the apps, optional advertising videos can also give you some. At the start of each season everyone gets 10,000 Credits.

Nothing serious, they have no value. The daily bonus gets you back in the game, and the next season starts everyone again from 10,000 Credits.

Players, the Pick it team and the @pickitsport account, which automatically publishes matches from the official calendar. Players' public questions go through an automatic check before publication, and moderation removes those that break the rules.

From a public source: automatically for scores and prices, by moderation for the rest, with an AI only as a fallback. The explanation is on the bet's page. Full details are in "The rules, explained simply".

Because it reflects every player's picks. It moves in small steps so that no single player can swing it. The one that counts for you is the percentage at the moment your stake is confirmed.

Because its result is not yet known for sure, or it is waiting for moderation to check it. A bet is never settled at random nor refunded by default: it waits until a person, or a reliable source, establishes the answer.

Report it from the bet's page and explain why. Moderation reviews the decision and can correct it.

No. Bets started in a private group are only visible to its members. They appear neither in the public feed nor in search engines.

Public bets, their results and their comments, as well as the season leaderboard, without players' Credit balances. To make a pick, comment or join a group, you need an account.

Every bet, comment, message, profile and image has a Report button, and every report is reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block a player: you will no longer see their bets, comments or messages.

From your profile, in the settings, or by following the "Delete my account" page. Deletion erases your account and its data, with no need to write to us; only the information the law requires us to keep remains, as detailed in the privacy policy.

Pick it is a prediction game: even without money, we keep it for adults. You confirm you are 18 or over when you create your account.
